[04-22-2016] The Signing Ceremony Between Chuzhou Flurida and Qingdao Bantai
[04-22-2016]On April 22nd 2016, the cooperation signing ceremony between Chuzhou Fuda Electronics Co., Ltd and Qingdao Bantai new energy Co., Ltd was held in the executive building of Chuzhou Fuda, where they signed the joint venture agreement to establish Chuzhou Fuda Bantai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Jianfeng Ding, Chairman of the board of Flurida Group, Inc., Ms. Fenglan Li, Vice President, Mr. Qiang Wang, Procurement Director, Mr. Kai Xu, Technical Director and representatives from Qingdao Bantai witnessed the signing ceremony.
Both parties signed the cooperation agreement, introduced companies¡¯ status respectively and summarized mutual cooperation agenda with optimistic attitude toward future cooperation. According to the agreement, the investment reached up to RMB 20 million dollars of the new joint venture company and it will mainly produce and sell PCBA of home appliance, GPS devices and other related telecommunication products. Based on the mutual strengths, the two companies holding the same goal of raising product quality will proceed to deep and detailed communication and cooperation in products development and marketing.
Through this joint venture company, Flurida Group, Inc. will facilitate its strengths on production management and quality control and Bantai will do on sales to reach mutual development and realize win-win situation.
