[02-15-2016] Flurida Group Acquired Thailand PPA Company, Aiming for the Southeast Asian Market
[02-15-2016]In February, Flurida Group and Thailand Pro Precision Aerospace (PPA) company reached a formal acquisition agreement. The company is located in the east coast of Thailand city Chon Buri, their main products are precision CNC parts and air vechicle parts, the factory also has BOI and AS9100-C and other certifications.
After the acquisition, the company will be renamed as Flurida Aerospace Thailand. On March 19,2016,Per precision Aerospace company general manager Michael Abood visited our company, to discuss follow-up matters of Flurida¡¯s acquisition of PPA. At present, the acquisition of PPA is ongoing well, some relevant work is proceeding smoothly.
